Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Balls with Vodka

Whether it’s breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, every so often it’s nice to jazz things up.

Well if you and your guests appreciate lox and cream cheese, then these little guys will certainly kick it up a knotch. As far as vodka goes, I used Sobieski vodka from Poland. It has a very silky smooth finish, which is especially important when incorporating alcohol into cold appetizers. No flavor competition—just great taste.

The beauty is—it’s simple to make, with only four distinct steps: blend, roll, chill and serve. So at your next get together, present these lovelies with grissini, toasted baguettes, flat breads and more!
