Branzino with Cherry Tomato Olive Sauce over Potato Galette

Welcome to Lent! One of the major liturgical seasons of the Catholic Church is upon us. This 40-day period of preparation for Easter Sunday is centered on penitence— a time for prayer, fasting and abstinence.

For even the most devout Catholic, the daily grind is all-consuming and forgetfulness happens. You’re only human right?

I confess to have sinned just the same, but this year I may have found an answer to my prayers, one that may help others feel a little less guilty: Online Seafood shopping.
